Part Time Sales Associate (Tygart Trading Post Ludlow, VT) x2
Seasonal or Year Round: Year Round
Beginning Date: 6/15/23 (flexible)
Compensation: Beginning at $15/hr, commensurate with experience, in-store employee discounts, employee discounts from all vendors, free Epic Pass after 6 months of employment, employee discounts at ski/bike shop, access to industry discounts throughout the ski/bike industry, access to free ski rentals and demos, access to free snowboard rentals, access to free ski/bike service, and more. Definite opportunities for advancement within the Tygart company as we grow.
Schedule:
Store hours will be 10am to 6pm 7 days a week, we are willing to be creative/flexible in order to accommodate most applicant's schedules. Store hours may be extended during holiday periods. Part time employees can expect between 15-25 hrs per week, but again, we can be flexible.
Duties:
-Customer service with footwear, clothing, sundries
-Inventory management and organization
-Daily financial reckoning
-Restocking
-Light Cleaning
Experience/Requirements:
-No experience necessary, but customer service experience is a definite plus
-Applicants need to be able to navigate stairs regularly while carrying shoe boxes and back-stock clothing and other items
-Applicants should be comfortable with computer/cloud based programs
-Applicants should be able to clearly communicate with customers
-Applicants should be dog friendly
-Applicants should be available during holiday and weekend periods
-Applicants should have reliable transportation
