Hestra reMix Mitt

The reMix Mitt is a hardwearing mitten made from waste materials – treated goatskin and cowhide which wouldn’t otherwise be used in ordinary production. Using leather with minor visual defects or variations in colour is a way of helping to reduce waste without compromising on function or quality.

The design is classic with a short cuff and elasticated wrist, with sections in contrasting colours creating an attractive, unique look. The wool liner is removable, making it easy to wash or dry. When the liner is worn out, it can be replaced – another way of using our resources sustainably.

Note: Because this mitten is made from waste materials, it is only available in a limited edition.

  • Wool Pile - 75% Wool, 25% Polyester pile, soft and comfortable. Holds air and keep the hands warm
  • Wool Terry - A knitted material whose curly fibers and terry loops together can bind a large amount of air. 90% Wool, 10% Polyamide
