We have a pretty simple philosophy...we'll take care of you.  If we can't, we'll find someone who can.  Our first goal isn't to get your money.  Certainly, we want to make a living.  Who doesn't?  We won't do that at the expense of pushing you into the wrong gear in order to make a sale or clear out inventory.  Our first goal is to make sure you leave our shop happy.  If that means just stopping in to pet the pups, great.  If that means leaving with an entire ski package and outfit, great.  Relationships are more important than a bottom line.  We're extremely confident in the idea that if we take care of our customers, they will in turn take care of us.  It's what has propelled us thus far.
